RESERVATIONS: |
We
accept Payments made by:

We
do not hold rooms without a credit card number (even if guest
will be paying by cash or money order).
Bookings
less than 30 days in advance are secured with full payment
only.
Bookings
of a longer duration are secured with a 50% deposit (minimum
of 1 nights charge) payable by credit card or bank draft (postmarked
within 3 days of booking confirmation), and the balance is
due 30 days prior to arrival date.
MINIMUM
NIGHT STAYS:
While
we do not have a "minimum number of nights" requirement
(except for some of the local special events)- we do encourage
our guests to consider booking at least 2 or 3 nights in order
to enjoy our fine city.
CANCELLATIONS:
Full
cash refunds on cancellations of 30 days or more (Less $50.00
to cover handling expenses). There is a 50% refund on cancellations
with 10 to 29 day notice. (Note: there is no refund of
deposits for reservations booked during special events, such
as Ironman or wine festivals.)
Deposits
will be forfeited unless notice is received a minimum of ten
(10) days prior to scheduled arrival.
We
suggest you contact your travel agent for trip cancellation
insurance in the event of unforeseen changes in your
plans.
It
is not our jobs to sell the insurance. Our job is to
encourage that travelers buy insurance, and if they
do not have a local travel agent, to provide them the
means to complete the process. |

ON
YOUR VISIT:
Check-in
time is after 4 pm. If you anticipate arriving later
than 6 pm please let us know. We will consider early check-in
times upon special request at the time of booking.
We
do not have a full-time reception desk; we arrange our schedule
to accommodate your specified check-in time so your arrival
time is extremely important! If this time changes either way
by 30 minutes, please notify us as soon as you are aware of
the change. Otherwise, we may not be here to greet you.
Check-out
time is 11 am, unless specified in package specials
or prior arrangements. Late check out times can be pre-arranged
if there is no conflict of other guests arrival times for
an additional fee.
For
the enjoyment for all of our guests, we provide a NON
SMOKING environment.
Our
Shih Tzu Puppies enjoy all the attention, so request you leave
your pets at home!
Children are welcome with prior arrangements, but must be
supervised at all times.
Guests
may entertain visitors in our common area if pre-arranged
with the Bed and Breakfast hosts. (Only Bed and Breakfast
guests are permitted in the Guest Bedrooms)
Sorry,
but we are not wheelchair accessible.
Guests
are responsible for repairs required due to any damage caused
to property during duration of visit.
AFTER
YOUR VISIT:
Guest's
credit card will be charged for damaged items, missing linens,
unordinary cleaning services required, or used pay per view
movies. |
